Orders, Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Lírio, your satisfaction is our top priority when shopping in our online store. To uphold this commitment, we have developed a Returns and Exchanges Policy designed to meet your needs while adhering to the Consumer Protection Law and European Union Directives.
We accept returns in cases of defects, dissatisfaction, or withdrawal from the purchase. If you wish to proceed with the return of items, you can contact our Customer Service (lirio@lirio.pt) and Whatsapp + 351 962816755 within 14 days from the date of receipt. They will provide you with information regarding the return process. Under no circumstances should you send the items without prior contact, as they will not be accepted.
RETURNING THE ITEM
We will generate a shipping code so that the item can be sent via the postal service free of charge.
Items will only be accepted if returned:
- With the brand’s original tag;
- Unwashed, unworn, without odors, stains, or alterations made by the customer (e.g., hem adjustments);
- Without scuffs on the sole (for shoes);
- Accompanied by the invoice
If the returned item does not meet the necessary criteria mentioned above, we reserve the right to decline the return or exchange.
The return must be made within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the merchandise.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Once you place an order, it must first be approved by your credit card provider, which may take up to 24 hours.
After approval, it takes us up to 10 business days to prepare your package. This time is needed to select your items, organize packaging, issue invoices, and arrange for shipping. During busy periods, such as holidays, this timeframe may vary.
RECEIVED A GIFT?
If you wish to exchange a gift purchased from our online store, you will need to send us an email (lirio@lirio.pt) with the original purchaser’s details – such as the order number, name, or email. After that, we will follow the standard exchange and return procedures outlined on this page.
NATURAL DYEING POLICY
At Lírio, we take pride in being an artisanal brand specializing in natural dyeing and botanical printing. This approach reflects our commitment to creating unique, handcrafted designs in small quantities. As a result, we cannot guarantee identical pieces, sizes, or colors for every product.
If an identical item is unavailable for exchange, customers have the option to select a different product of equal value or request a refund. If your size is out of stock, feel free to contact us to explore the possibility of crafting a custom piece just for you. Please note that made-to-order items may take three to four weeks for delivery but you can rest assured, we will do our best to complete and deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Our production processes are fully biodegradable, using natural raw materials for both pigments and fibers selection. While this ensures an eco-friendly approach, it also means that slight variations in the product’s appearance may occur over time with regular use.
If any issues arise, such as stains, shrinkage, or fading that are not due to improper handling, we will gladly accept the return and forward the item to our analysis team. You will receive a detailed diagnosis and potential solutions via email within 10 business days.
