OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We offer worldwide delivery, bringing our products to our customers wherever they are.
DELIVERY
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected during checkout.
If there are any unforeseen delays, we will contact you.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at lirio@lirio.pt or via WhatsApp +351 962816755, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express deliveries are made via courier within 48 hours of the order being processed. For now this service is only available in Portugal.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
DELAYS AND EXCEPTIONS
In cases of external issues, such as the recipient being unavailable at the address or unexpected events like natural disasters or postal strikes, delivery may take longer than usual. We recommend keeping track of your order using the tracking code provided.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
The postal service will make up to three delivery attempts at the address provided. If the recipient is not found, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Once returned, we will contact you to confirm your details and arrange for reshipping. If the recipient remains unavailable for 14 calendar days, the order will be canceled, and the payment refunded.
WRONG ADDRESS
If you accidentally enter incorrect address information, please contact us immediately at lirio@lirio.pt or WhatsApp +351 962816755.
If the package has already been shipped, delivery may take longer, as we will need to initiate tracking, request a return, and arrange reshipping. The reshipping cost will be charged, and we will provide full support via email.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees vary depending on the shipping method and destination. These fees will be displayed at checkout.
We offer UE free shipping for orders over 300 euros.
